Cardino started using Fleet after raising Seed round and growing their team almost 3 times within the 6 months. Jasmine, responsible for Talent Acquisition, was faced with a challenge of procuring equipment for newly joining employees.
The new role was problematic due to the international setup of Cardino. Jasmine had to source equipment with different keyboards and ship them to various countries across Europe. It turned out to be a logistical nightmare. Furthermore, Cardino lacked an easy way to track which employee had which device. This process was time-consuming, required substantial effort, and distracted Jasmine from her primary responsibilities.
